Shopping

It was such a busy day yesterday that I didn't even get a chance to blog! The midwife turned up in the morning and said I was the picture of health which cheered up me and the folks. In the afternoon we all went for my first outing to the Harlequin centre. We went to John Lewis, mum says she shops there all the time. Dad says it's not a wonder that the credit card bill is always so big. They bought me more things and I'm now the proud owner of a brand new bouncy chair (partially financed by our very kind neighbours)!! During the trip out I decided I was hungry. No change there I hear you say, but really hungry. So, of course, I was fed and we left to go and see some people I met when I was very young (it was my my 1st week birthday yesterday). Auntie Catherine and Uncle John (more Aunts and Uncles). They've got a little boy called Josh, he tried to feed me some food which I thought was an excellent idea, until I realised it was plastic! Anyway, it was the thought that counted. So mum fed me instead. And then the Stacey's fed her (and dad). Seems like everyone needs feeding sometimes. Anyway we ended up staying ages, which was really nice. And I was bought more clothes and they were funky. Can't wait 'til winter to try 'em all out! Then just as we were about to leave auntie Catherine brings out plates of food for mum and dad to take with them. Mum and dad seemed well pleased with that and didn't notice that I actually got nothing. Must've been an oversight I suppose, because I was still hungry! So hungry in fact that I decided to keep mum and dad up all night to show them just exactly how hungry I was. I don't think they enjoyed that much, but frankly, I've given them too much of an easy ride so far.
