She's my sister - it's official

We went to the registry office today and now Zoe officially exists. I was there only 18 months ago. I can tell you Zoe, it doesn't get any easier from here.
In other news, we went to church to see June who knitted Zoe's big pink blanket and said thank you to her over lunch. I was asleep in the car before we got there so was pretty surprised to wake up to grandad in a woolly hat! To be honest I think mum and dad just wanted to show Zoe off at the church. I showed off by playing the piano. Even got a round of applause!
Then we popped round the Stacey's as Catherine hadn't met Zoe yet. Gosh two weeks in and there are still people she hasn't met. Who'd have thunk it? Everyone got pressies, Zoe got sleep suits, I got a train (my first one, picked out by Josh), and mum and and got a shepherds pie. Well, they seemed happy with that! I should imagine I will be offered it at some point. No chance!
See ya,
D
