Mother's Day

What a beautiful day. I trotted into mummy's room this morning with my little bag of cards and proudly handed them over. She was really chuffed that I'd taken the time to write them out (Dad's so lazy!). Dad had made her a T-shirt with mine and Zoe's faces on it. I'd come out looking great!
When we were all up and running after a lazy morning we drove over to Nanny and Grandad Chapman's for lunch. I decided to forgo most of mine in favour of going for a monster sleep upstairs. I love sleeping at the grandparent's house. Everyone else had a Mother's Day lunch and Zoe had milk. Lots of it.
I was a bit fuzzy when I finally came round and much to my surprise we got straight back in the car. So much for that visit. Anyway, when we got home mum and Zoe went for a sleep upstairs (their turn now) and dad and I had a fight. Brilliant! Hadn't really felt up to it for a while but I really fought my corner. Then we had a cuddle and then dinner.
I was feeling so happy with life that I even decided to leave mum and dad a little present in the bath for them to find. They were really happy with that and couldn't stop talking about. Finally it was decided that dad would have the pleasure of getting it out and making sure I hadn't left any other surprises for them in the bathroom.
Night night all,

D
