So yesterday, Nanny Ball went home which was a shame after she's looked after us all so well over the last week since lil' Zoe turned up. Dad's bemoaning the fact he's going to have to cook again. Nonsense, they got takeaway last night. Who are they trying to kid?! Aunty Sadie came to visit and spoilt us with lots of goodies. I got a new T-shirt. Brilliant! The day before dad was at work (I don't recall him ever having done that before but he assures he has and that I'm 'just too young to remember!').
Had a lovely day today, first to Kidzone where I discovered a whole new part of it and sat in the spinning barrel with dad and cackled until my voice hurt. Zoe sat (well led) with mum. It was really dark in there with twinkly lights and I think she liked it coz she spent ages watching them. Then we went home for lunch. Well, it was my lunch, but Zoe seemed to have had hers several times already during the morning. Can't imagine being that hungry all the time (and her with a stomach the size of a walnut well, it's just not becoming of a girl)! Then we were off down the park with Jade and my mate Alfie, who turned up on his tricycle. So I went on my trike too with mum pushing me. Dad stayed behind to change Zoe (again), and then had to catch up. Just as well he did coz I was shattered by the time we got half way down the road and let mum know it. I really needed that seat in my (our?) buggy. Anyway, we got there soon enough and while I was playing on the swings dad went and bought us all ice cream. Alfie didn't like his much but I loved it! Would've quite liked to have offered some to my sister but guess what? She was already feeding. I told you. The girl never stops.
The only time she does stop is at night. Which is great as it means we all get a cracking nights sleep. Providing I'm OK as I've been a bit on the poorly side over the last week but I'm well on the mend now. Anyway, the main thing is we're all having a great time and now that the weather's sorted itself out we're going to be out all the time. Just hope mum can cope with the demand.
As I speak, she's asleep in mum's arms having just had a another feed, or was it a nappy change? I can't remember! All I know is that she's happy and that's good enough for me coz I like my sleep too. What am I talking about? I love my sleep. A true mummy's girl and boy.
Night night,
D
